IRM-Advisors was founded in Geneva in 2014 by Daniel Anastasi. The firm is deliberately small: you work directly with the person who signs the report.

Daniel Anastasi

Founder & Managing Consultant

Daniel Anastasi has 26 years of experience in cybersecurity. He has served as Global Information Security Officer for a large outsourcing account spanning 400 sites worldwide, and led the consulting business in the Middle East for Orange Cyberdefense.

His work also covers cybersecurity architecture, CISO on demand mandates for asset managers, insider-threat assessments for a large international organisation, and cybersecurity assessments for a Swiss bank, a global healthcare organisation and a Swiss electricity grid operator.

For board work, he holds the IMD Board Director Diploma from IMD Business School in Lausanne, completed through High Performance Boards, Board and Risks, Stakeholder Management for Boards and Team Dynamics for Boards, and is a member of the Institute of Directors (UK). He is also pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) research degree at Henley Business School (UK), focused on boards of directors, AI and cybersecurity.
