What this website collects
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts are hosted on this server, so no data is sent to third-party font services. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, organisation, email address, chosen topic and message.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. We do not use it for marketing lists and do not sell it.
Where it is processed
The website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Messages from the contact form are delivered to our mailbox hosted on Microsoft 365. The hosting provider keeps technical server logs for security purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Write to info@irm-advisors.com. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
